Steve
is originally from the Washington, DC area and is a graduate of the University
of Virginia in 1984. He worked from 1984-1987 at AT&T Communications before
returning for his MBA at the Amos Tuck School of Business. After graduating
from the Tuck School in 1989, Steve worked at Tambrands, Inc. where he became a
Marketing Manager on Tampax® Tampons. He joined Lack & Daily in January
1995.

Amy
joined Lack & Daily in February 1994 after 6 years in Marketing with Kraft
Foods in New York. She is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. She received her MBA
from the University of Pittsburgh and her undergraduate degree in Business from
Duquesne University.

Jim
received his BS from Fairfield University and MBA from the University of
Scranton. He worked in Admissions at the University of Scranton prior to
joining Burlington Industries in New York as a Marketing Manager. Jim began his
executive search career in 1976. He co-founded Lack & Daily in 1984.

Susan
graduated from Indiana University in 1987. She worked at Market Data Retrieval,
a Dun & Bradstreet Company, specializing in direct marketing. After 9 years
in various sales and marketing roles at D&B, Susan started her recruiting
career in 1996. She joined Lack & Daily in July 2001.

Jason
is originally from New York and graduated from Northeastern University in 1988
with a BS in Business and a minor in Sociology. Upon graduation, he joined
Kraft Foods where he spent the next 8 years in various functions including
Sales Planning, Field Sales, Trade Marketing and Category Management. Jason
joined Lack & Daily in 1996.

Bill
is a graduate of Dartmouth College in 1967. He was a Retail Buyer with J.C.
Penny and The May Company prior to becoming a Marketing Manager with Lenox,
Inc. There, he had responsibility for Brand Management for the ArtCarved and
Keepsake Divisions. Bill began his executive search career with Judd Fisher
where he was a Vice President of their Marketing Group. Bill joined Lack &
Daily in 1989.

Joe
received an MBA degree from Cornell University and his undergraduate degree
from Ripon College. Following Cornell, Joe worked for Springs Mills in
Corporate Planning & Development and then AMF in Corporate Marketing. Joe
headed up the marketing executive search practice at The Fisher Organization
before co-founding Lack & Daily in 1984.

Phillips |
Nancy
joined Lack & Daily in 1988 after four years in marketing with General
Mills and Kraft Foods. Prior to her brand management career, Nancy received an
MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. She has a BA in
Accounting from Colorado State University, and worked as a CPA on the Audit
Staff with Coopers & Lybrand in Denver where she was also in charge of
staffing. Nancy heads our North Carolina office.

Rick
received a BA from Denison University and an MBA degree from NYU/Stern School
of Business. He has more than 12 years of Marketing and Advertising experience.
He was a Brand Manager at Clairol on both haircare and haircolor brands.
Previous to that, he worked in advertising at McCann-Erickson (on L'Oreal and
Unilever businesses), at LMPM (Account Supervisor for Procter & Gamble) and
at BBDO (Vice President for Gillette).

Vanita
has had 15 years of Marketing and Sales experiences with Procter & Gamble,
Tambrands and Gillette. She received her BS in Biochemistry and her MBA in
Marketing and Strategy from The University of Connecticut.
